Bonefish Grill has a Gluten Free menu and has proven to be able to handle even extreme allergy requests including preparing a clean area of the grill and special preparation instructions. Asked about the flavor on the Crème Brule, they even brought out the flavor bottle to help us feel more comfortable. |

We located this resource at the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness show in Philadelphia. They had 1500 people at the Wachovia Center for Appetite for Awareness and it was an amazing event! The samples from the Memphis gluten free menu were great and we will report more when we have a chance to visit the restaurant itself.
Note: 100% Peanut Oil is reportedly used in the fryers, and there is not a separate fryer for GF items.

I was pleasantly surprised that Olive Garden has a gluten free menu. It is limited to a few dishes, but they have one! Just ask a manager for it, they will print one out in the back for you. |
