For 23 years, I was employed in the food manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. I held positions in senior management, research and development, and regulatory affairs, which included responsibility for implementing Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality and Sanitation practices, and new product development.

I’ve got Celiac Disease, so I can’t eat gluten.  It’s a diet I have grown used to.  I have always enjoyed cooking, so when I was diagnosed with Celiac in my twenties, I started developing gluten free recipes for my own use that I enjoyed. 

They turned out really good.

People loved when I cooked, because my versions of traditional foods somehow tasted better then the commercial versions.

When my daughter was diagnosed with multiple food allergies eating out was no longer a viable option, and store bought prepared foods weren’t an option either. 

My wife and I started cooking.  Creating great treats for challenged situations. 

I bring my industry experience in food and pharmaceutical technology to our kitchens where we bring you the finest products available.

We only make allergy aware products.  We need and use the products we produce and we cook and clean as if our kids are going to eat our products.
